I asked YEET to permanently self-exclude me because I had lost control of my gambling. At the same time, I asked them to protect the money remaining in my account and pay it out manually.
THEY STOPPED MY ACCESS. THEY KEPT MY MONEY.
More than a month later, THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME.
I contacted support, their complaints department and live chat. I formally escalated the case and followed up repeatedly.
NO PAYMENT.
NO EXACT CLOSING BALANCE.
NO PROPER ACCOUNTING OF MY FUNDS.
NO SUBSTANTIVE FINANCIAL RESPONSE.
And this is not simply bad customer service.
YEET HAS ITS OWN PUBLISHED COMPLAINT RULES — AND THEY DID NOT EVEN FOLLOW THEM.
Their own Complaints Policy says that YEET will provide a final written response within 30 calendar days, including the findings of its investigation and the decision reached.
THAT DEADLINE PASSED.
I did not receive a final financial response explaining what happened to my money. I did not receive payment.
YEET controls the internal ledger. THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT BALANCE WAS THERE. I DO NOT, BECAUSE THEY REMOVED MY ACCESS.
If they believed they had any legitimate right to withhold or confiscate any part of my balance, they had more than enough time to tell me:
HOW MUCH THEY TOOK.
WHY THEY TOOK IT.
WHERE THE MONEY WENT.
THEY DID NOT.
I eventually had to bring the case here to Casino Guru.
