I want to share my experience with the gambling platform Winwin.bet, which, in my opinion, seriously violates essential principles of responsible gambling and user protection.
No real age or identity verification was required during registration – only a simple checkbox saying "I confirm I am over 18". Despite that, the platform allowed deposits and gambling without any KYC checks, such as ID uploads or bank verification. This is a clear breach of Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering regulations.
After making deposits and gambling on the platform, my account was suspended without proper explanation, and no cashback was issued, although their rules claim users are entitled to cashback on losses.
My requests for full account history and clarification on cashback were ignored, and no transparent communication was provided after filing complaints.
Due to the suspected fraud and KYC violations, the case has now been reported to law enforcement authorities, the gambling regulator, and financial institutions involved in the transactions. An official criminal investigation is ongoing.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform. Based on my experience, Winwin.bet operates in a legally and ethically questionable manner and poses a serious risk to users.
