So, I had a bit of luck here once. I submitted a withdrawal request for €1400, and it's been pending for 72 hours. The withdrawal status is now "in progress," which basically means the money has been approved by the casino. From experience, I know that these things usually only stay in this status for 30-45 minutes at most. But it's been stuck in this status for several hours now, and the support staff doesn't seem interested in properly addressing it. "The finance team has been contacted"—great... So now it's back to waiting for several more hours. Yesterday evening, the support guy "Ted" guaranteed me that I would receive the money first thing tomorrow morning with the highest priority. Instead, the money still hasn't arrived. Their partner casino is 100 times better. I definitely won't be playing here again.
Aside from this experience, I was actually an active player at the casino. Today is October 2nd, 2026, and I have to say that this casino is no longer an option for me. Every bonus now has a maximum cashout of 5x the received bonus amount. I find that unfair. For example, I deposit €100, have to wager €4000, and then in the end, I can only withdraw a maximum of €500... BE CAREFUL HERE! In any case, I won't play here as long as this rule exists.

I redeemed a no deposit bonus and was able to use it... I deposited another 20 euros out of goodwill and lost it... On the same day my account was deactivated and with it my 200 euro withdrawal... I'm not the only one who felt this way... Because I violated point 8 in the terms and conditions... Some, however, were able to cash out the bonus and probably did not violate it, however... If they had at least cancelled the balance from the bonus and said that I was not entitled to this bonus, that would be fine!
