Terrible verification process that took almost 16 days. I've never seen anything so complicated and never wanted a casino to have so many documents (photos of bank cards, etc.) The duration of the KYC process and the fact that I was only able to pay out around 1200 € of 11000 € on pending is very stressful. I gambled back almost € 8,000 on a very difficult evening of these € 11,000 and exactly one day after the verification process was supposedly completed.
