Terrible verification process that took almost 16 days. I've never seen anything so complicated and never wanted a casino to have so many documents (photos of bank cards, etc.) The duration of the KYC process and the fact that I was only able to pay out around 1200 € of 11000 € on pending is very stressful. I gambled back almost € 8,000 on a very difficult evening of these € 11,000 and exactly one day after the verification process was supposedly completed. In addition, it is not even paid out on the weekend even though you are using ewallets. Very sad for a casino which is actually not bad in terms of structure.
