Wild.io closed my account for no reason, I had funds on it. I believe it was because i'm from portugal. They are negligent because they allow portuguese IPs and I made my kyc with my real address and country - in portugal so I dont understand how did they close my account. They keep ignoring all my emails

  • Has the casino ever indicated that it could be an issue that you are from Portugal?

Hello! I played just a few slots, but mostly sports (normal betting on tennis and counter strike).


I had no winnings on them at all and I never placed any withdraw.


No. But they closed my account without warning after I asked if it would be 100% legitimate to play from Portugal. In their terms they say it isn't, but they accepted it on chat when I asked them and they know my IP is Portuguese, and the address I filled on my account prior to verification, is also Portuguese.


So they knew all the time I was Portuguese. If they cannot accept players from Portugal they shouldn't accept my money and refund my deposit sum. They dont need my euros for free I think so.

Thank you for your reply, ghostingura. Please understand that if you mainly placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that led to this decision. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
