I will never deposit a single cent at this casino again. not only after using one of their payment methods it was not credited, but customer support insulted me in addition to accusing me of having drawn up the proof of the uncredited deposit myself. Regardless of the proof (bank statement, email with the payment provider, screenshot directly from my banking application, they still did nothing to help me and continued to treat me like a scam. Luckily, their provider payment have resolved the situation

Despite the resolution, the player had expressed dissatisfaction with the casino's customer service. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' following the successful refund.
