The player from Alberta finds her request for a deposit being denied without any explanation from the casino. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Been told to resubmit my request for my deposit twice now. Went to check if it was still processing this morning and it’s not and I didn’t even receive an email telling me it got denied. Starting to get very annoyed as nobody is even giving me a reason it’s been denied after I’ve asked. My account is verified it is under my daily withdrawal limit. Seems like I’m being scammed
