The player continued playing, ended up with a balance of 77000RUB, and requested a withdrawal of 75000RUB. After the casino verification, they blocked the winning account and stated that the player could continue playing with the "old" account which got a balance of 1000RUB left. Ther was no reaction from the casino and the complaint was closed as unresolved.
