Hello i have been using this site from past one month . My account was completely verified and few withdrawals have been processed . when i had requested large withdrawal they just put it on hold and asked for some documents even though my account was verified completely . its been 20 days now there is no update on my account they just say that verification is still going on from past 20 days . wantedly cheating the customers i suggest not to use this site really useless site . please dont waste your time and money .really i was cheated by this site and please dont ever invest in this site

"SuprPlay (VoodooDreams.com is operated by SuprPlay Limited) will carry out additional verification procedures for any deposits exceeding the 2000 GBP, and we further reserve the right to carry out such verification procedures also in case of lower deposits/pay-outs if deemed necessary by SuprPlay. Such verifications may include but shall not be limited to, copies of an end user’ passport, national Identity Card, copies of an End User’s utility bills, and/or copies of the credit/debit cards used to make deposits."

Did you receive an estimated time frame from the casino, regarding additional verification? Furthermore, please could you confirm, that you have accumulated these winnings without a bonus play?
