Could you please specify if you accumulated your winnings with a free bonus? According to the general bonus terms and conditions:

The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from free spins will be 10x from the initial bonus sum, unless otherwise specified. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited.

When was the last time you made a deposit to the casino?

Has the casino specified the name of the bonus associated with your winnings?

Please provide me with more screenshots of your bonus history and your deposit history as well.
