Terrible site, i put a withdrawl in on the 8th may 2023, ive been told they have not received my IBAN number despite my sending it 7 or 8 times they are saying they havent received it but the emails i sent were delivered, i sent it through chat and they said they hadnt got it but i had screenshoted everything and sent the screenshot to them and all of a sudden they had it..i was told it was processed on the 10th but now im totally confused and still have not been paid out?
