What lets them down is the really slow withdrawals, the customer service team advise withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours but second week in a row my withdrawal has taken 5 days. This in itself wouldn’t be too bad but when you chase customer service you get a mixed bag of responses , two agents said the withdrawal would be with me in a couple of hours, (it wasn’t) another told me they have no way of knowing how long it will take, when I emailed I was pretty much told it would be done when it’s done and I should have used crypto id I wanted it done fast.
