What lets them down is the really slow withdrawals, the customer service team advise withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours but second week in a row my withdrawal has taken 5 days. This in itself wouldn’t be too bad but when you chase customer service you get a mixed bag of responses , two agents said the withdrawal would be with me in a couple of hours, (it wasn’t) another told me they have no way of knowing how long it will take, when I emailed I was pretty much told it would be done when it’s done and I should have used crypto id I wanted it done fast. 0 stars if I could. Horrible casino. I joined because I watched the streamer on twitch that heavily promoted legal online casino gambling by a loophole for Australian players using a vpn. They provided me with information on how to join via private discord channel. Once I won some money. They would not pay me. They made me jump through every legal document hurdle and each time would ask for more. When reaching put to the streamer I was removed and blocked from discord. There is a reason why only 1 streamer promotes this site. He is a part owner. Don't be fooled by the trucks and give away. There isn't enough liquidity for them to pay out. Never seen a deposit or withdrawal live. The balances are always there. They don't have a hot wallet. Biggest svammers ever.

Haven't played on Viperspin that often of late as I chose to donate to another online casino.
My overall experience though has mostly been positive. I am still in profit on the whole, even though the last few visits have ended badly.
Support is always helpful and quite fast to respond to anything - only really used support legitimately due to a delay with withdrawal in the past (other than complaining about my losses which is not their fault).
