Have had a withdraw pending here for weeks. It appears they are hoping I will reverse it. Sad because Vegas Crest was once probably the best online casino for USA players. They had great bonuses, games (Endorphina), and most importantly, they paid out according to their terms and conditions (48 hrs). Now they seem to be no better than the infamous Virtual Casino Group. Maybe they have been bought out by them

I didn't imagine or believe slow payment or KYC circus shows will happen to me after reading the reviews. But Vegas Crest took a slow payout to an absolutely horrendous experience for a $110 withdrawal. After two weeks, provided all required documentation, and requested and submitted payouts, and still, they haven't released my payout. OMG - they are stealing my money!

Their customer service is the best I have seen. Online chat picks up right away. Email responds within 24 hours. It cost me 50 dollars to get a check via fedex but it came 2 days after approval. Approval took only 2 days. Their games are fair also.
