I've been waiting for 5 month and still did'nt see the money from my withdrawl..and its the second time i do a withdrawal. First time it took 3 months to get paid and now the only help i have is an agent put the money back in my account so i do the process a second time and i am 3 weeks pass that so it will be 6 months soon ..can u beleive it and the service is the worst...they dont care

The casino has almost no big provider except of gamomats (play n go pragmatics etc all missing) the live chat is not helpful at all you receive prewritten answers to your questions and literally no information at all. The worst part is that cashouts take 7-21 business days...(in my case it took over a month). I can only advise you to not play on this casino you will have a lot of issues
