I’ve spent close to $1,000 over the last few months on this casino, and I’ve noticed several serious issues that players should be aware of.
First, the promotional emails are extremely misleading. They appear to offer free bonuses, yet there is nowhere clearly stating that a deposit is required. These promotions are clearly designed to lure players into depositing and spending more money, which is completely unacceptable.
I’ve also been playing here long enough to notice that many of their slots either don’t work or seem to be intentionally blocked, especially the ones with the highest RTP. This raises major concerns about the fairness and transparency of the platform. Like many bad casinos, their terms and conditions for welcome bonuses and free spins highlight what players want to see, but leave out important details such as the maximum withdrawal limit of 15x on those deposits.
Compared to other casinos I play at, these practices show very bad intentions and make the experience feel deceptive. Players deserve to know this.
Their chat support is also far from 24/7. You usually wait around 20 minutes just to reach someone.
It’s also important to mention that the casino doesn’t offer all major providers. The selection is very restricted, I counted around 30 providers, and half of them are either not working or blocked. Some may be due to location restrictions, but many seem to be intentionally disabled by the casino.
