I have been playing at Tsars for a long time and I always enjoyed the platform. Deposits and games are great. However, I am very disappointed with the current loyalty approach. As a regular player, I asked for a simple loyalty bonus with fair wagering to continue my session, but I was rejected with a generic answer. I feel like my loyalty isn't valued here anymore. I was expecting better from Tsars Casino. Being one of the top leaders in the gambling industry, and with the great feedback it has received so far, my first experience has been quite rocky with them.

I had deposit using a Mastercard credit card, won 90 euro. I waited 7 days for the withdrawal to arrive, talking to the customer care everyday and confirming that my withdrawal is being processed and everything. But I waited 7 days, I asked the rep to check with the relevant department about my delay in withdrawal. Was told that my funds were bounced by my bank but my bank denied that any requests were made by them. Which had me anxious knowing that the casino said that they tried.

After several emails trying to find out what happened, anxiously waiting, I was told that I need to change the card and deposit 20 again. I was very skeptical. But I had to do it. I wanted confirmation from their security team that I will receive my funds if I Re-deposited. I got the confirmation email, Used Skrill and had to wait an additional day for the withdrawal. It took 8 days in total. The process is very slow unfortunately. Some kind of small compensation for the anxiety and troubles would have been appreciated, but I guess at least the withdrawal fee was waived in this case.

I hope they improve their payment system as It looks like a great place to play. But to payout has been a nightmare unfortunately. But, in the end I got my payout, so I'm rating Tsars Casino neutrally. It could have been better from their side, but improvements should be implemented.

What got me playing with Tsars is good deposit bonuses. Even though i ripped most of them, it's still nice to be offered a deposit bonus with normal wagering requirement (10-20x - depends on your level) and no special withdrawal limits. I'm with them for almost two years and play regularly. So far happy... VIP team could do more for me but that's something players would always complain.
So far my journay has been ok. From the first deposit bonus, verification, withdrawal... all goes OK. Now withdrawal is approved ASAP - only SEPA is bad.
The website design is clean and nice. Offers good filtration by providers. Same goes for PC and mobile version of the website.

From best to worst.

I was really enjoying Tsars for a few years, but it just got so bad lately. RTP is just not it, cashback does not work properly, live chat is just useless with their robotic answers.

It does not have a history of deposits and withdrawals, I had left the casino for over 1 year, I asked what I had deposited and what I had withdrawn, the answer was €1500 deposit and €380 withdrawal. I have reopened my account with TSARS and have now verified the account according to support. A screenshot from an old payment via Paysafecard was still missing. I submitted this later.
