I made 1 withdrawal of 400 eur, they said it’s approved and sent, but i did not get it. The next one of 900, I’m trying to withdraw for the third time, they just keep wasting the time. 3 Days for checking, after 3 days they say it’s been payment provider error, try again, and again and now I’m doing it for the 3rd time and waiting again..

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thats what they are doing. They tell you money is sent, wait 3 buisiness days, when the wait is over they tell you it was a minor payment provider error, please repeat. And the circle goes on..

Hey, i have got most. 1withdrawal of 180e ( the last one) did not go threw. So again they told me the same story to wait when they will contact with the finance departament and look for the issue 😅
