My opinion about Topwin.bg – fraud and unfair practices
I want to share my personal experience with the online casino Topwin.bg to protect other people from disappointments and losses.
On 29.08.2025, I won an amount of about 30,000 - 35,000 BGN on the platform. When I decided to make a withdrawal, the problems began. They demanded various documents from me - ID cards, selfies, bank statements. Each subsequent condition was more absurd than the previous one. Obviously, the goal was to delay the payout as long as possible.
In the end, I received a categorical refusal to pay out, with the excuse that I played from the same IP with my wife. This is a ridiculous and fabricated excuse - households often have shared internet. Moreover - when you deposit money, no one checks your IP address and stops you. There is no "double standard" with payments - they take the money immediately. But when you win - they start making up reasons not to pay you.
After I started researching the topic, I discovered that I was not the only one. There are dozens of complaints from other players on the Internet – about delayed withdrawals, denied bonuses, and arbitrary penalties. This is no longer an isolated case, but a systematic practice of Topwin.bg.
In my opinion, this is a form of deceptive business practice that violates the Consumer Protection Act and the Gambling Act. Customers are easily lured into making deposits, but their winnings are denied with fabricated arguments.

В крайна сметка получих категоричен отказ за изплащане, с оправданието, че съм играл от едно и също IP със съпругата си. Това е нелепо и измислено извинение – в домакинствата често има общ интернет. Освен това – когато депозираш пари, никой не проверява IP адреса ти и не те спира. При плащанията няма „двоен стандарт" – парите ги взимат веднага. Но когато спечелиш – започват измислени причини да не ти платят.
След като започнах да проучвам темата, открих, че не съм единственият. В интернет има десетки оплаквания от други играчи – за бавене на тегления, отказ на бонуси и произволни наказания. Това вече не е отделен случай, а системна практика на Topwin.bg.
Според мен това е форма на измамна търговска практика, която противоречи на Закона за защита на потребителите и на Закона за хазарта. Клиентите се примамват лесно да депозират, но печалбите им се отказват с измислени аргументи.

I've made my first deposit of 50 BGN and received the bonus for it. While playing their slots I got kicked out a couple of times because I was lucky enough to hit some big wins, which was the first red flag. Somehow managed to wager the bonus and deposit amounts and requested a withdrawal of 1500 BGN which was being "processed" for over 2 days (even though they claim to have instant withdrawals) I've contacted their support team twice, both times ive gotten different withdrawal time-frames. I've kindly asked them to send me the terms and conditions of the withdrawal processing times because on their website they say its instant, however as a reply I've got the answer that they are too busy answering other complaints right now. 3 days later I received an email that my 1500 BGN withdrawal was cancelled and my balance was restored back to the initial deposit amount of 50 BGN. They gave me no actual information on why this happened and I was forced to withdraw my 50 BGN and get my account blocked.
