I made a deposit via Interac that took 24 hours to be available for play. I then successfully played through the bonus terms to be able to cash out $400 CAD, and suddenly Interac was no longer available anymore for deposit or withdrawal. Customer support has never been available at any time via chat, but via email they assured me they were working on the problem. That was over a week ago. At one point I was told the Interac payment provider was undergoing maintenance which also caused delays, however when I sent them a screenshot of my email exchange directly with the payment provider stating clearly there was no maintence going on that would interfere with them processing a withdrawal, I was quickly transferred to a different department, who continues to make promises that amount to nothing.
Throughout the week I've been asked for verification documents that only today were verified. All my communications with this casino have been documented because I've come to the conclusion they have no interest in paying my withdrawal and are not a reputable casino. I would not recommend playing here. At all.
