My experience with the game is good. The problem comes when you want to withdraw any winnings you've legally earned. That's where the ordeal begins: my withdrawal requests have been canceled several times. Their argument? They ask for my security, all the documentation. And to deposit money and play? Well, nothing, just my ID. Where does this concern for my security lie? Guess for yourself. I went over six months without playing with a zero casino balance. I never made a single withdrawal. When I started playing again, I deposited money into a new bank account that I legally verified with a valid certificate from my bank, and they accepted it without any problems. The problem is that after playing and winning something from those new deposits, I requested a withdrawal and...ta-da! They asked me to verify an old card that I'd never used again and that was canceled last year. It's therefore destroyed and unrecoverable. Otherwise, there's NO withdrawal. Nice, right? They inundate you with emails telling you it's for my safety and blah, blah, blah... but it's a tactic to bore you into giving up on cashing out. On other platforms, it's very easy to update payment systems, and they only verify the current ones that are active and have been used for gambling... but not here. Therefore, a 0 for this casino, where I have already permanently closed my account. Don't let them fool you with withdrawals; they'll do everything they can to make you tire of requesting them... but always for your safety. Amen! PS: I was never able to withdraw my money. I spent it all gambling before closing the account.
