Not once did they apologise for this incident and blame the customer instead. Tell me which major casino would block user and accuse them of fudding when the mistake is on their end. Not responding to the customer when customer had deposited funds is as good as fraud.

- Customer support scolds customer when enquiry and blames customer for asking where their funds are
