so i signed up to this casino, deposited $50NZD with 100%bonus finished the wager requirements went to withdraw $800 got declined without reason, no email to say why or anything witch is pretty dodgy. when i go to verification it says my account doesn't need verification so im confused so because im original withdraw got declined ive requested a withdrawal of $750 and will probably get declined again but trying to get in contact with casino. not to sure of im username as i sign in with email and didnt ask for a username but it might be zedrix. ive sent screenshots of deposit and withdrawal and the verification that i dont need?. i deposited with Visa and did withdrawal with same method

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Wouldn't let me upload verification screenshot so I've posted here. when i emailed and asked how long the withdrawal would take they said 3 working days, like you'd think if i needed to do verification the support team would have asked me to send proof through that email? but heres a screenshot anyway
