I uploaded my documents for verification on November 11, 2025. On November 12, 2025, I received an email stating that the KYC verification was successfully completed. However, when I checked my profile, I was still unable to withdraw because it said the verification was not completed. I then contacted support, and they told me it would be resolved by today — but that did not happen! I am still waiting for you to fix this, but there is often no support available, and when there is, they hardly respond or provide any help!
Update:
The support informed me via live chat today that I have to complete verification again using the new method, which is completely ridiculous since I have already been verified and received the confirmation by email. I didn’t want to make a fuss and thought, fine, let’s get this done as well. But the new verification method doesn’t even work.
Second Update:
The verification using the new method worked with the help of the support team. Now there are apparently holidays, and I should wait two days before they can process the withdrawal. In addition, you can only withdraw €500 per day, which I don’t find very great or recommendable. They try to make it really hard that you get your wins!
Third Update:
„I finally received the first payout of €500 on November 19, 2025."
It all started with the KYC verification. Their service didnt work as advertised, they did not give full instructions on the site wich made it feel like support added stuff to it as they went on.
Once I managed to get my account verified after one and a half WEEK (they lie on the site about support being 24/7 and they close down live chat during the night), now they wont give me my winnings. They blamed their "provider" and when I pointed out I requested a withdrawl with cryptocurrency and want the transaction ID from the blockchain so I can look it up on BlockExplorer, support just went radio silent.
They claim on the site that any withdraw will take a maximum of three bussiness days, but that has gone by and still no money.
This casino is a potentional scam! DO NOT use this casino.

Regarding your withdrawal: 1. You requested a withdrawal on 19 September. 2. On 22 September, after the weekend, the system confirmed your payout. Unfortunately, our payment provider experienced a technical issue which delayed the transfer. 3. The issue was resolved on 24 September, and the funds were automatically returned to your casino balance. 4. A new withdrawal request was then processed successfully.
We fully understand that these delays created a negative experience for you, and we sincerely apologize. While most withdrawals are completed within the stated timeframe, on rare occasions technical problems outside our direct control may occur.
