The player from Canada had requested a payout on January 29th, but it was still processing beyond the promised timeframe of business days. Support had continued to provide the same automated responses, leading her to feel that the casino had violated its own terms. After she filed a complaint, her winnings were finally paid out. The issue was then considered resolved by us.

I requested a payout jan 29th it's still processing nothing has happened on their end. They said I would be paid out in business days it's over 10 days now and support just gives the same recorded mesagagss over chat and email that I need to be patient. They have violated there own terms and stolen my money

This is my first withdrawl attempt from the casino. I did not play with or add any bonus it was just my straight deposit . I have all the ID and documents required for KYC however they will not let me even verify my account as they state under the verification tab that my account does not require verification and to enjoy there games
