I deposited a total of €1,060 with SpinLynx and later requested a withdrawal of approximately €4,500 after winning.
My account was fully verified, including identity verification through Sumsub. Despite this, my withdrawal has now been pending for almost four weeks. I have repeatedly been told that it is still being processed, but I have not received a clear explanation or a concrete payment date.
There are also several things that concern me. SpinLynx appears to use different website domains, the licensing information on the site is difficult to verify independently, and the app referred to on the website does not work.
More recently, €200 was added to my account as "VIPCASHBACK". In my transaction history this appears as a "Manual Bonus" with status "Completed". I did not request or activate this cashback myself, so I have left the €200 completely untouched.
I am posting this review so that other players can make an informed decision. My experience so far is that depositing is easy, but receiving a substantial withdrawal has been a very different story
