⭐ 1 star – Refund is delayed despite promise

Self-exclusion ignored – refund not paid despite promise.

A very disappointing experience with Spinhub. Despite having self-excluded, I was still able to play. The casino subsequently reviewed the case and approved a refund in principle.

I was told the processing time would be 3-6 months. This period has now expired – but the refund has still not been paid out.

Instead of making the promised repayment, further delays are constantly being created. The processing time seems arbitrary and incomprehensible.

Now, it appears that even the ADR dispute resolution procedure is being used, which is further delaying the payment. This gives me the impression that they are deliberately stalling instead of paying out the already promised refund.

If a promised refund is delayed for such a long time and without any comprehensible explanation, I inevitably question how other processes such as verification, payouts of winnings, or other withdrawals are handled by this provider. Based on this experience, I personally would not trust that such processes would be handled reliably and promptly.

Refund promised, deadline expired, money still not received.

In my opinion, this is an extremely unprofessional way of handling a refund claim. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Spinhub.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have played at loads of online casinos, many have rinsed me, but this one has actually takes 1st place.

Close to £5k in past couple of weeks, and not one withdrawal. I did manage to claw my balance up to £1.5k this week at one stage but when I went to withdraw (£500 max a day), I was hit with the verification. 3 day of waiting for it to be completed and nothing.

Naturally I decided to play on while waiting for verification and it’s now all gone. To put it into perspective, I am not a high stakes gambler, I can play from 20p-£2 but no higher. More low end than higher.

I was really thinking I was just having some bad luck but I eventually took a look at the RTP of the games, I was amazed they were in the 92%. If only I had knew before.

Please just take my advice and do not even consider signing up. There is no loyalty program, most rewards have 35x wagering attached and you can only get a max of 5x of the if you beat it. For example, if you have a bonus of £100, you will only get £500 max if you beat the wagering. Meaning anything you win above this gets wiped off the balance.
