While I DID have the same issue with not receiving the 25 free spins, they did credit me with $3 instead. When I mentioned that the monetary value of the spins is actually $5, they corrected the amount. Personally, I prefer the bonus money over free spins. Who wouldn't? If you choose to use it all on one game, you're more than welcome to. But I prefer to use the credit to play a few games from different providers so I can get a better feel for how a particular casino plays.
Most of the usual providers are accounted for here (except for maybe Quickspin, but I could be wrong), and all of the games seem to be running the >96% RTP versions the last time I checked.
