The problem with the casino that I wrote about them is that they don't want to pay me anyway, if I ask what the reason is, they give me a case number so that I can inquire by email, I just write that they are working on the case.. I have already paid many times that 30,000 HUF and on what basis do they not transfer to almost anyone? I initiated 190,000 HUF, they rejected it the first couple of times, I immediately dropped 30,000 and they don't even want to pay me? Can I transfer to them what they like? In truth, they should pay the 190,000 from the usurer.. I hope I can achieve something by complaining, don't let them already destroy people, mentally and financially..

Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.

Could you please clarify if you requested a simple account closure or self-exclusion?
