I have been waiting more then 2 weeks for a withdrawal and now I'm not able to sign in it keeps saying my account is under review after a rebranding yet the day before I was asked for my itemized billing I was first told to wait 72 hours from Thursday and now it's already exceeded that waiting since 4th of April and now I'm told it's due to some sort of upgrade this is the first withdrawal attempt after spending approximately 7k on my phone bill and they can't help me

Good day,


I registered my account last year and submitted all required docs some time this year I have some correspondence of when I had to re submit.


I couldn't use any bonuses as I topped up using my phone bill and after I requested withdrawal I sent them my bills and it wasn't enough they wanted the itemized billing which I sent and then I loaded some more funds where I could use bonus spins but lost each time so loaded more on and landed up getting the balance up to 370 and lost access to my account.


I was playing slots as this is my preferred choice.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
