I was able to withdraw the money and I can always cancel it again, so the payout, nothing is pending. I have uploaded all the KYC documents that I have been accepted by various sites several times, around 30 or so, or the documents disappear. I haven't received a response from the casino for two days, chat never works and no, I have never withdrawn anything from there.
I can still cancel the payout, it doesn't say pending, just Cancel.
