Everything has been approved since last week when I received the last email from Lana in the finance dept, whom, I think now, is a little upset with me now for trying to get a daily status on when I might receive payment, all documents being approved, all bank information being correct and now silence and this: "We have 7 business days to confirm accuracy, correctness, validation, yada, yada, yada, its been almost a month already, wheres my fricking money?? Dont ghost me, just pay me and I'll go away. Simple, right? Lana, cmon, I got bills.

When exactly did you begin the verification process and when was the last time you had to send them a new document? Did you play with a bonus or real money only? Is this your first ever withdrawal request?
Please note that it might take up to 14 days for the verification process and the first withdrawal to be processed. If it is ongoing for a shorter period of time, I would only recommend to wait.

Well my response to you is this. I won in March 29, and immediately after all requirements were met I submitted all documents requested and then began to get excuse after excuse so yesterday and for the very first time I called and got a rep who stated I only won $120, mins you almost 3 weeks after the withdrawal has been requested and approved for ?10,000, so you tell me. This is a scam and this casino is just a front for ripping people off.

Based on the screenshots you provided it is visible that you have played with bonus money. Could you please confirm that and advise if you had any real balance?
Please note that most of no deposit bonuses have limited max win and it is most likely your case as well. If you really did win with an active bonus, there is no possibility to get any money over that amount.
Do you mean was I playing with their free money or was I playing with an actual dollar deposit? I was playing with a coupon, not sure which one, HOWEVER, when all the wagering requirements were satisfied, it was no longer a coupon that I was playing under, it was money that I had actually won from a game and so yes, even though it was a coupon, all requirements were met and the rules for that coupon also ended and their own computer system recognized that I was no longer bound by that restriction because it had me withdrawing my winnings, $10,114, requested and approved, so nothing in this world is gonna make me believe that since I met all the wagering requirements and then won, that they don't owe me this If it wasn't a legitimate win, wouldn't their computer just have me at $120 winnings? I satisfied their stupid rules and then won and they owe me.

No I’m sorry I don’t only the screenshot of their own account summary page. No matter if it were a coupon, I satisfied the wagering requirements and as soon as I did their own system sent the info to the account page as "coupon reversed," I’m assuming meaning no longer valid, Withdrawal requested, I’m also assuming this means I, as a winner, requested my winnings, filled out all paperwork, then I read on the next line "withdrawal APPROVED", which is quite self explanatory so WHY, IF I REQUESTED AND WHY, IF I WAS APPROVED, AND I WAS, WHY DONT THESE DIRTY BASTARDS COME ON WITH IT?? I didn’t have any control over the account summary page but it tells the truth. That’s why I took pics of the Leno game and the account page. BTW if anyone wants to join me in a class action, pm me. Let’s do it. It’s pricks like this that give online gambling a bad name. ITLL BE A MONTH ON THE 29th. SUCH A GHETTO BUNCH OF SNAKES.
