Ruby Slots Casino - Player struggles with winning payment denial.

I played my deposit at this casino and lost. I played the free bonuses offered on their website and I won. Now they won't pay. Just like the other site's that allow 2 bonuses then cut you off this place uses the same language in the advertisement's then changes it too only one bonus after a deposit. There is no point in saying No bonuses after 2 consecutive bonuses in the fine print when you only let people use 1 bonus. I found this weird and would like too have my payment made.

• Do I understand correctly you won from a free bonus that followed a real money deposit?
• Could you please share your transaction history from the moment your deposit was accepted?

Like it show's I had one free spin's worth like not too much and I won. I only had one guranteed value chip. Usually this was always accepted.

I apologize but from my point of view, you deposited once (Sept. 30, 09:23 pm - $80.00), but redeemed multiple no-deposit bonuses afterward.

Unless I overlooked information, it seems the casino is following the aforementioned terms and conditions, which means you aren't eligible for withdrawal of the winnings.

I had no idea from the print of the coupon's it was 1 bonus. I was amazed, out of all of them my luck it's the second bonus and this place doesn't do those. Bummer! heh Yeah it would be up too them and I am not in the mood for a show down over t & c's.
