We do maintain transaction (game) history for our users, however we DID lose this customer's transaction history in a developer error when we were cleaning up oversized tables on the backend. This resulted in this customer's transaction table being cleared.
We do have a bet history, withdraw history, and a deposit history still for this customer, those tables were not cleared. We have an easy way to export the deposit and withdraw history, however currently there is no way for us to easily export the bet history. Normally we just export the transaction table however that is not an option in this case.
