But as soon as I made the deposit, a window popped up saying I had to wager the amount 3 times!!?? Attempts to resolve the issue in the chat failed; they kept citing the terms and conditions. The chatbot was just talking nonsense, saying it had no bearing on my deposit!
And I find it very disappointing that Casino Guru didn't even accept my complaint about this case!!! On the contrary, despite clear screenshots, the casino was still vindicated based on its terms and conditions!!!
