In-depth review

Before you sign up at Roby Casino, here is what our team of casino experts found. We used our casino review methodology to look at what it offers and how it measures up. A range of factors, including the casino's Terms and Conditions, licenses, player complaints, support, and limits, were all checked by our team. This helped our reviewers see how safe and fair this casino really is.

Our findings went into the casino's Safety Index. This is our score for how safe and fair an online casino is. As the Safety Index rises, the probability of encountering problems while playing or making withdrawal lowers. Roby Casino came in with a Below average Safety Index of 5.7. This means it does not fully meet our standards for fairness and safety. Carry on reading our Roby Casino review to make an informed decision whether or not this casino is the right fit for you.

Is Roby Casino fair and safe? Safety Index explained

To determine a casino's Safety Index, we use a detailed formula that considers a multitude of information gathered and assessed during our comprehensive review process. These include the casino's T&Cs, complaints from players, estimated revenues, blacklists, and many others.

In our review of Roby Casino, we read and assessed Terms and Conditions of Roby Casino in-depth. To our knowledge, there are no rules or clauses that could be considered unfair or predatory. This is a great sign, as any such rules could potentially be used against players to justify not paying out winnings to them.

Based on our estimates or gathered data, Roby Casino is a big online casino. It has a low amount of restrained payouts in complaints from players, when we take its size into account. We factor in a correlation between casino's size and player complaints, because we realize that larger casinos typically tend to receive more complaints on account of increased player count.

As far as we know, no relevant casino blacklists include Roby Casino. Casino blacklists, such as our own Casino Guru blacklist, may indicate mistreatment of customers by a casino. Therefore, we recommend players consider these lists when selecting a casino to play at.

Taking into account all factors in our review, Roby Casino has scored a Safety Index of 5.7, representing a Below average value. For players seeking an online casino that prioritizes fairness in the online gambling experience they offer, this casino is not a good fit.

Note: As far as we are concerned, Roby Casino is related to 5 different casinos. Taking into account the connection between these casinos, we factored in the qualities of the associated casinos when evaluating the Safety Index of Roby Casino.

Roby Casino T&Cs reviewed

As part of our review, we read each casino's Terms and Conditions and check how fair they are. In some casino T&Cs, we find clauses that we regard as unfair. These can give the casino grounds to hold back player winnings in certain cases.

We did not find any unfair or predatory rules in the Terms and Conditions of Roby Casino during our review.

Complaints from players about Roby Casino

Player complaints are a key part of our review process. They give us useful information about the problems players face and how casinos handle them. We use our Complaint Resolution Center to collect player complaints. These, along with complaints from other sources, are used to calculate our Safety Index.

We currently have 2 complaints directly about this casino in our database, as well as 1 complaints about other casinos related to it. Because of these complaints, we've given this casino 759 black points in total, out of which 585 come from related casinos. You can find more information about all of the complaints and black points in the 'Safety Index explained' part of this review.

Roby Casino user feedback and reviews

On Casino Guru, players may evaluate and review online casinos to express their ideas, feedback, and experiences. Based on this information, we calculate a total user satisfaction rating that spans from Terrible to Excellent.

Based on the 12 user reviews of Roby Casino in our database, it has a Bad User feedback score. Read the reviews in the 'User reviews' part of this page to learn more.

Note: User reviews may not fully reflect the casino’s quality, as some casinos may try to write fake reviews to improve their user feedback score, and there may also be unhappy players writing multiple negative reviews to worsen the casino’s reputation. We try our best to filter them out and generate an unbiased user feedback rating. Nevertheless, we do not consider user feedback when calculating the Safety Index.

Roby Casino company data and licenses

Roby Casino has estimated annual revenues higher than $1,000,000. Based on the revenues, we consider it to be a small to medium-sized online casino.

As far as we know, Roby Casino does not have a gambling license.

Safety and fairness

Take a look at the explanation of factors that we consider when calculating the Safety Index rating of Roby Casino. The Safety Index is the main metric we use to describe the trustworthiness, fairness, and quality of all online casinos in our database.

Key metrics

Terms and conditions

Fair

Issues found: 0

We go over the terms and conditions of each casino and look for unfair rules that could potentially be used against players. Any clauses we consider to be unfair result in a lower Safety Index for the casino.

Casino size

Small to medium casinoBig group

Bigger casinos are generally safer for players, because their high revenues allow them to pay out even very big wins without any issues and their quality has been proven by a large number of players. We take into account estimated revenues over the last 4 years and also consider revenues of related casinos.

Complaints ratio

Good

Total complaints: 104

Unresolved 0
Resolved 53
Rejected 48

Browse complaints

Player complaints signify that the casino does not treat players right or deal with certain situations correctly. We consider the number and seriousness of complaints in relation to the casino’s size, as it can be expected that sites with more players will also have more complaints. Besides direct complaints, we also considered 1 complaints from other sources.

Blacklists

None

If a casino appears on relevant blacklists, it is usually a sign that it has some negative qualities. We consider each blacklist and decrease the casino’s Safety Index based on our view of the situation and its seriousness.

Other factors

Negative

Operates without a license
Low withdrawal limit

There can also be other characteristics and qualities of a casino that influence its Safety Index, such as win limits, low withdrawal limits, fake games or licenses, bad or no customer support, a network of land-based shops, etc.

Licensing authorities

No license

Important

Warning:Withdrawal limits may be lower than stated in T&Cs

We have learned from players' complaints that factual withdrawal limits are lower than ones stated in Terms and Conditions

Important: Casino operates without a license This casino operates without a license. As a result, the casino does not have to follow rules set by licensing authorities. Additionally, you will not be able to turn to any licensing authority if you run into issues.

The games are good, but the casino doesn't seem trustworthy. I made a deposit of 80 reais and won 700. I requested a withdrawal, but the money still hasn't been deposited into my account. I sent them a message, and they replied that there were too many pending withdrawals.

I requested a withdrawal, and they said it would take a maximum of 3 days. It’s already been 5 days, and nothing has happened. I tried contacting them via chat, but without success.

A decidedly disappointing experience. I really struggle to understand how some people could give this casino an 8/10 rating. Honestly, on what basis?

The main problem is the wait for withdrawals: simply interminable. We're not talking a few hours or a couple of days, but times so long that they make you seriously doubt whether the money will actually arrive. And this is unacceptable for a platform that's supposed to be reliable.

The feeling is one of total uncertainty: you play, you win (maybe), but then you have no guarantee of actually seeing that money. Communication is poor and unclear, and this only increases the frustration.

Honestly, before giving such high ratings, fundamental aspects like payment speed and reliability should be considered. As far as I'm concerned, it's been a negative experience and I have practically zero trust.

There are no positive parameters completely disappointing

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this casino.
I repeatedly asked them to provide clear information about their gambling license.
Their answer was that it is not their obligation and that it is my responsibility to know whether they are legal. They refused to name any regulatory authority and denied any responsibility.
This alone is a major red flag.
I then requested withdrawals.
They were deliberately delayed for many days, with no clear explanation, no timeline, and only generic answers.
It became obvious that the delays were intentional, to keep my money inside the account.
I also informed them in writing that I suffer from gambling addiction and requested protection.
They completely ignored this message and continued normal communication, without taking any responsible action.
In the end, I received zero money.
This casino:
Refuses to provide license information
Shifts all responsibility to the player
Delays withdrawals intentionally
Ignores gambling addiction self-exclusion requests
This is extremely dangerous behavior.
There are many licensed and regulated casinos in Europe.
Do not risk your money or your mental health here. Not even 10 euros is worth it.

I never deposited anything, but wanted to have my account blocked because I shouldn't play anymore.
I was ignored 3 times, then it was blocked!
But I was offered the opportunity to reopen my account at any time!
Is this legitimate? And does it have anything to do with responsible gaming?

The money is moving towards the casino, but when you should receive the winnings in your account, nothing happens. I've already waited two weeks. They promise winnings in three business days. Complete crap. Don't put a single euro in this casino in the hope of quick withdrawals. Now CasinoGuru is taking care of it.

in the past 6 months, I spend 30K euro. and managed to request withdrawals of 9K, 5k, 4k, 3k and last 8k. none of those withdrawals were ever processed. the VIP account manager kept telling me she will work on them everytime. but as usual nothing happens until I end up every time gambling it away then start over. they only allow you to request 800 euro. but even if you do so they will not pay. they keep it hanging for days and days when keep pushing the VIP account manager she will bring all excuses including the verification that I have done mutliple time. those guys are unfair and do not be fooled by their bonus - you will never see your money if you win big they will never pay and they know they can delay it and not pay and you cannot do anything about it. they are registered in curacao although opperating from malta they have a fake address where you cannot complain or do anything about it the best thing you can do is just avoid and do not make my mistake - I kept believing they they will allow faster withdrawals. but nope I never got a single penny out of them I should have stuck to big casino names and not get fooled by their promisses. I will never ever go to their site again. and I hope you guys who play moderate high stakes to not wast your money here.

Made a few deposits now. Got my first withdrawal but takes long. Chatted up support as terms says 3 business days to process. My cashout is now pending over that time frame. Will adjust my rating once I get paid. It's always a big turn off when casinos don't pay on time. I've probably made 10 deposits so far if not more, this wait may make me choose to play elsewhere.

I have been trying to block my account for some time now without success. Instead of a block, I get no replies and - although I have expressly not allowed this - I keep getting text messages and emails with advertising offers.

Be careful and do not register on this website, apart from spam, bad RTP and catastrophic support, this site has nothing to offer.

Hands off.
