The player from New Zealand was struggling to withdraw her winnings from QuickWin. Despite attempts to verify her account and resubmit withdrawals, the transactions were cancelled and funds were returned to her gaming amount. In response to the player's issue, we asked her to explore alternative payment methods such as Skrill or MiFinity. We also reached out to QuickWin Casino to understand why the player's withdrawals had been unsuccessful. After our intervention, QuickWin Casino informed us that the player's withdrawal requests had been successfully processed. The player confirmed via email that she had received her winnings, hence we considered this complaint resolved.

Hi guys. I played on quickwin for the first time (with no bonus,all my own money through back card deposit) as I’m at level 1 I can only withdraw $1k a day. However I have tried to withdraw 2k over separate days and my only way to withdraw is with bank transfer. I’ve asked to be verified serval time but keep being told it’s not needed it. However the withdrawal has been cancelled credited back to gaming amount so have had to try withdrawal again. I have my correct bank acc number, country and BIC/Swift code which was required. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong as the only withdrawal payment method is bank transfer for me. This is my first time using this site too. Any help would be much appreciated as support tell me to just wait but don’t go into more detail or suggest how I can help the process.

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? 

Please understand, that without verifying your account, you won’t be entitled to any withdrawals.

Hey ya. So I haven’t verified. I have asked multiple times but support say it’s not needed yet and if so I’ll get an email.. never comes. So I keep asking same response. I’m not sure why the money was bounced back into my playing account as I did everything correct well so I thought. I entered in BIC/Swift code fine and my bank acc number then I got this reply to try again. I only have one method to withdraw which is bank transfer.

Thank you very much, Amyzx, for your reply. Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?

Hello, oh no that’s a shame. I’ve never had issues with bank transfers until I played on this site. Yes ,They just said If failed again try another method to withdraw but I don’t really know how or where to begin as I don’t have any of the other methods or nor have I ever signed up ect. I’ve only ever used bank transfer.. I will wait and see if fails again, so I might need to try make acc some how for payz or skrill? No idea what those are though

Hi nothing it working. Casino won’t explain what part of details are incorrect and won’t let me withdraw I need help as this has been rejected twice now over 2 weeks. Happy to email my chats through. They keep going around in circles

Also they rejected two withdrawals last from with bank transfer and one is still pending which it won’t let me cancel to try use skrill as a withdrawal method.

im not sure how else to get this money f they won’t tell me what’s actually wrong with my details? I also another person complain about bank Transfer not working for him then he got his money. How else can I do this?

also I notice different names in the chat will reply but photo is the same as another person who would message me earlier…and I get automatic replies from the casino and they Never help. Just same replies …Feels like I’m talking to a Bot.
