I’ve had way too many technical issues at pub casino lately. I even took about a month off hoping things would improve, but after coming back it honestly felt worse. Some slots wouldn’t load at all, others opened with a blank screen or an error. A few games also froze in the middle of a session, forcing me to leave and switch to something else. When this keeps happening while you’re playing, it gets old very quickly. The last straw for me was a deposit that got stuck. The money had already left my bank and I had confirmation that the payment went through, but nothing showed up in my casino balance. I contacted live chat straight away. They could see the transaction, but all I got was basically wait. After around four hours the money still wasn’t available, and I was told it could take up to 24 hours. That’s what annoys me most about pub casino. If I deposit money, I expect to actually be able to use it, not spend half the day checking my balance and talking to support. Add the technical problems with the games and the whole experience has been pretty frustrating.

They have a no vpn rule, pretty much every computers have them these days, mine is only on when it detects a threat and always locate me in the uk, so you would think as you start playing they would stop the games the second a vpn is detected , no ,they just wait until you try to withdraw some winnings ,1850 pounds in my case ,then to inform you that your winnings are forfeited because of the use of it. Another dirty trick of their trade to avoid paying. Their support is bad and games sometimes lag. In the past I had casinos preventing me to play any games straight away because I didn't realise it was a non uk casino ,that's fair enough, here , it's just a cunning way of catching people.
