The casino cancelled my €950 winnings without providing any reason. Their chat support ends each session immediately without replying, and public complaints on CasinoGuru are ignored. In summary, this is outright fraud — once you deposit money, it’s gone, and you’ll never see any winnings. Stay away!

The casino hasn’t paid out my winnings - 3.000€ - for weeks. It also hasn’t responded to a complaint I filed with Casino Guru, which has been pending for several weeks now. The support chat and email support only send unhelpful, generic responses.

So unfortunately, my conclusion is that I wouldn’t recommend anyone to play here. The sad truth is: once you deposit money, it’s as good as gone — and winnings are never paid out. So hands off!
