I asked SpinBet to permanently close and ban my account, and was told it was done. Weeks later, I find out my account was somehow reopened, and I was able to deposit and gamble again — completely defeating the purpose of the self-exclusion. I even messaged again saying I was meant to be banned, and they acted surprised.
This shows a serious lack of responsibility when it comes to gambling harm prevention. If a player asks to be banned, especially for personal or responsible gambling reasons, it should be locked down for good, no exceptions. Instead, I ended up wasting more money due to their system failure.
Support is slow and full of copy-paste messages, and no one seems to take accountability. If you care about gambling responsibly or having control over your account, I wouldn’t recommend this site.
⭐ 2/5 – Exhausting Verification Process and Conflicting Info
I tried to give SpinBet a fair go, but honestly, the experience was tiring. The verification process dragged on way longer than necessary. Even after submitting everything multiple times exactly as they asked — raw photos, full PDF statements, all corners visible — I kept getting told something was missing or needed to be re-uploaded.
Eventually, I was told my account was "fully verified," but when I tried to withdraw, I got hit with another message saying I wasn’t verified. Total confusion.
Support agents were friendly enough, but there was clearly a lack of internal communication. One says I'm verified, another says I’m not. It felt like going in circles for weeks just to get my money out. I’ve since closed my account and won’t be returning.
If you're looking for smooth verification and fast withdrawals, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
