I asked SpinBet to permanently close and ban my account, and was told it was done. Weeks later, I find out my account was somehow reopened, and I was able to deposit and gamble again — completely defeating the purpose of the self-exclusion. I even messaged again saying I was meant to be banned, and they acted surprised.

This shows a serious lack of responsibility when it comes to gambling harm prevention. If a player asks to be banned, especially for personal or responsible gambling reasons, it should be locked down for good, no exceptions. Instead, I ended up wasting more money due to their system failure.

Support is slow and full of copy-paste messages, and no one seems to take accountability. If you care about gambling responsibly or having control over your account, I wouldn’t recommend this site.

I tried to give SpinBet a fair go, but honestly, the experience was tiring. The verification process dragged on way longer than necessary. Even after submitting everything multiple times exactly as they asked — raw photos, full PDF statements, all corners visible — I kept getting told something was missing or needed to be re-uploaded.

Eventually, I was told my account was "fully verified," but when I tried to withdraw, I got hit with another message saying I wasn’t verified. Total confusion.

I won around $15,000 on Spellwin, but with their ridiculously low and slow withdrawal limits, it would take half a year to get it all out. Combine that with unhelpful, copy-paste support responses and constant pushback when I asked to close my account — it was a mess.

I requested a lifetime ban several times, only to be met with generic messages trying to keep me on the site with bonus offers and "cooling off" suggestions. I made it clear I was done due to the horrible withdrawal system and overall poor service.
