This happened in the past on this game and it was fixed in 2 weeks.
It has now been 4 weeks with no fix, no timeframe, no communication other than we’ll look into it, this is with me contacting them over 20 times!
This casino seems dodgy and I suggest spending your money elsewhere. I am truly shocked it has a 9.8 rating - it doesn’t deserve it.
If you are a VIP the service is better but still lacking but there are a lot of glitches on the website. It’s a shame because the game selection really is great
