I have never come across a casino with such poor customer service in my life! I have won $15,000 off a $2,000 bonus buy and the game is stuck on this, when I load the game it continuously plays the round and at the conclusion asks me to reload or contact support.
This happened in the past on this game and it was fixed in 2 weeks.
It has now been 4 weeks with no fix, no timeframe, no communication other than we’ll look into it, this is with me contacting them over 20 times!
This casino seems dodgy and I suggest spending your money elsewhere. I am truly shocked it has a 9.8 rating - it doesn’t deserve it.
If you are a VIP the service is better but still lacking but there are a lot of glitches on the website. It’s a shame because the game selection really is great

I’ve had a great experience playing at this casino. I’ve personally played at a lot of online casinos and have found this one the most user friendly. Fast game loading, good game selection and fair playing. Really nice to play in a casino that I know is legit.
