They use KYC to delay withdrawel. I provided bank statement, id, selfie with id, proof of address and so on. Then they asked for proof that my mobile number belong to me. Ive got corporate mobile supplied by the company i work for. They wanted me to get signed certificate from company that i work at that my mobile number belonged to me...
