The casino & games they offer aren’t to bad however the customer service is practically non existent. You can only contact them through chat which managed by a bot & human. In addition to enquiries via email I have flagged with them a few missing withdraw requests that have not yet been paid. They pass you on from one consultant to another which then in turn over and over explaining the same issue. There replies don’t even address the issue in my case providing the wrong dates that weren’t even in question to begin with. This process has taken all but nearly 83 days and still ongoing first raising with them on the 28th of February. I would have given a higher rating however this whole experience is appalling. If issue is resolved and my withdraws were paid then this review would have been totally different.
