The player from Greece had been experiencing a withdrawal delay since March 24. After extending the response deadline by 7 days, the player did not respond. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.
I did a withdraw on 24/3 and its 4/4 now . Every day they tell me that is casinos fault that the proccesing of my transaction is incomplete , not giving me other information and dont even tell me when is going to be completed , i didnt have any bonus , no wagering and they still withold the money , how i can turn legaly to them to give me my money

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
