Dear Sir

I recently started playing at Megaparis i am totally new at this kind of games. I played Book of Majestic and i won after a few spins. I started with a deposit of 20 euro in order to learn the game. I won 80 euros and I would like to withdraw it. I deposit via MasterCard and i made verification and everything. Now i am trying to withdraw via the same MasterCard and I can't the system denies. I talk to chat they told me to make another deposit through other method but I don't want to do that. I try to withdraw via master a lot of times or even through sepa to my bamk account which is connected to my master and i cant (because other method of deposit and withdraw). I would like some help please. Maybe it is my fault but i would like some help because i saw that i won and i would like to keep playing

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessary, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.

Hello again. After the complaints i made to Megaparis i received an email which says to try different way of withdraw. The problem is to do that i must fiest make deposit via the new method and i dont feel secure because i already have so many problems with the withdraw process so o cant risk more money. Apart from this now the dont give option to withdraw via MasterCard ata all. I asked the system chat why is this happening and they told me they dont know if it is permanent or due to technical problems

The problem keep existing. One day now and i cant withdraw with my MasterCard which was used to deposit. Totally unacceptable to play money even small amounts and you cant withdraw.

Hello they asked me to do a deposit with any other method. I will try to make a very small deposit and then withdraw but i am sure that even if it works i will stop playing at this casino

So finally the deposit has became true. I tried what mega pari suggest me and they were correct i did it and it happened. Thanknyou all for your help and i mist admit that now i am convinced that i will keep playing with mega pari. Good luck to everyone and big big earns. Case closed.
