Deposited £200 on 29/12/21 with bonus they had texted me , got 400% bonus so had £1000. Lost it all. Then got another code text to me from them for another 400% deposit so deposited £150 and had to play with £750. I had a few big wins and after the x50 wager, I had around £3730 so requested a withdrawl of £2500. (I lost the rest on slots).
made a withdrawl request on 3-1-22 after getting account verified.
my account was verified on 29-12-21.
got a email on 3-1-22 confirming 7-21 working days for funds to arrive.
today is working day 22 and balance still pending. Live chat just tell me to hold on but sending a email doesn’t get any response.
I have made them aware of this site and that it is been monitored on this website but still no response.
i have followed all terms and conditions. My account is not blocked.

I made 2 deposits. This is my first withdrawal request, I have checked their terms and conditions and cannot find anywhere it states a maximum withdrawal from bonus’s and I have followed the conditions correctly.
after the withdrawal request, I still had a balance of £1230 which I played with (and lost) over several weeks after the withdrawal request.
