Really bad site and company I don't mind killing time and a couple of dollar, but for first time in 3 years I got to a point where I could withdraw... which is 10x min deposit... when I went to verify myself to make withdrawal they requested proof of cards from previous banks which were closed and no longer available for me to take photos. They didn't accept a driving license as proof of id. They also offer bonuses for min deposit of €10 but non of their deposit methods allow €10 deposits. It is a pure scam site, you deposit min amount and need to win 10x of that amount before you can try to withdraw funds!! Avoid at all costs. Lastly 2 times I have requested a permanent ban ant after 3 months I get and enticing offer being an addict I can't help myself so they do not facilitate permanent account closures

Unable to deposit via debit card so was asked to open an account with Revolut. I have done so and deposited more than enough over time but tonight I can’t deposit via Revolut and have been asked to open an account via another payment method. After expressing my frustration I was disregarded with no means of empathy or customer service other than as I had contacted customer service to close my account due the inconvenience I was brushed off with merely ‘you wanted to close your account’ so we have done so. Even after their agent asked if I actually wanted to close my account with my answer being ‘yes, due to the inconvenience of having to find yet another way to deposit’ I received no apology nor good will gesture. I might be wrong in leaving such a review/opinion but I literally just got the brush off which I find insulting given I work in customer services myself. I would never leave a customer feeling so invaluable as I have been made to feel tonight
Furthermore I asked the agent if they were ‘linked’ to other sites and I was told no…. I think someone’s telling porkies :/
