From the beginning to the end you had the feeling of being absolutely unwelcome.
Registered & deposited but didn't receive a welcome bonus.
When asked if the bonus Manuel can be added, I was told that I am not eligible because the admin team decided to do so.

I find that very discriminatory and I don't like that at all.
Why do you do this & why is it?

Such questions remain really open, absolute NoGO!
If you offer bonuses, should you give them to new customers or do you just do it to lure people in?

But hey, no problem, there are dozens of other casinos that don't treat customers like this and stand by what they state in their terms and conditions.
