I submitted the requested documentation only to wait the full 4 business days to be told that i needed to resubmit id due to it being cut off which it wasnt but i resubmitted it twice more and was told i would be validated today then thia morning which is five business days from last correspondence i was sent an email asking to confirm bitcoin address was correct to be sure payment is properly received. Even though i had already provided address to them on 3 seperate occasions which is still pointless considering they wont need or use an address until processing withdraw which i will be providing àgain for the 4 time. So after confirming bitcoin address is correct I ask how long now and suprise suprise oh that will be another 4 business days

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious casinos takes KYC lightly.

It’s quite usual for this process to take a couple of working days to be fully completed.

Have you been advised what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account?

Your own words are " Its quite usual to take a couple of working days" but as it seems yall seem to take the full 4 business days to reply saying more is needed starting the 4 business wait over. The last response i got asked if i dealt with any other banks cause mine doesnt allow international transfers which i was told they do when i asked and then you asked me to confirm bitcoin wallet Address which i had done three times. My banking shouldnt matter since i make all deposits with bitcoin and request all withdrawals the same bitcoin as well. Now im back to waiting 4 business days again for the third time. Unreasonable and unacceptable

Also i would like to understand how you have daily limits of 500 and weekly limits of 2000 but each with request takes 7 days so essentially isnt that really a 500 weekly limit making the 2000 weekly limit impossible to reach
