Overall, a very solid casino that's one of my favorites. Everything runs smoothly and reliably – especially if you enjoy playing in the live casino. They're really strong in this area and always have new games coming out, often faster than many other providers.

Company will not payout on winnings.

I made a deposit of £2000, I placed a bet and won. I then made a withdrawal of £4000. The company refused to payout on my winnings. I was returned my deposit after weeks of fighting and told they are keeping the winnings. Avoid at all cost, use a reputable site.

The customer service takes MONTHS TO REPLY.

I won £2900 3 weeks ago iv been asked to send id in for verification wich I have iv sent passport image of bank card utility bill and bank statement I keep getting told wait 72 hours for review then get another email asking for proof of truatly payment wich is something done thro them I don't have a trustly account so iv spent days tryna get a statement they don't offer proof in pdf format so screenshotted it now I'm told after another 72 hours needs be by pdf had to sign up to a full tear subscription for £38, to get it done by pdf form and send in as a document its so unfair I'm relying on this money for Christmas live chelat works about 2 times a week and I feel they wait till end of the week so they can say 72 hours only on working days for a reply so then you have to wait till Monday the proof of id verification and proof of funds can only be accessed by myself so I have no idea why they are taking so long it's as tho they don't want to pay out.. jumped through every hoop and still no reply........if lottoland read this can you please contact me to resolve this issue and process my withdrawal.

i signed up for lottoland a few years ago, i focussed on one game i really liked and didnt win a lot from it, but one day while i was playing it, it came up with an error message, i contacted live help and they said the game was fine, fast forward to last week, i set up an account with them again after closing my last one, and was able to play the same game, i even cashed out over a hundred, but last night yet again the game is saying its unavailable, ive since googled it and found a user saying exactly the same thing about the same game on lottoland, so have i been blocked from playing it? i think so yes

never had an issue with getting winnings paid into my bank
