I have requested withdrawal on Jungle Raja oh 15/12/2022 and they are saying please wait in his website it's mentioned minimum 24 hours and within 7 days but it's more than 7 days and his live support not giving me genuine reason and giving me wrong email id for contacting them and they all time giving me excluses and not provided me genuine reason for holding my withdrawal. When i contact them they all time say please wait till next week and in next week they again say wait till next week.please help me solve the problem they are not approved my withdrawal.

Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings. We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time.
